A deeply restorative treatment your body and mind will thank you for. This unique session blends the soothing power of Indian Head Massage with, the gentle energy balancing touch of reiki. Leaving you feeling completely relaxed, recharged and renewed. This isn't just relaxation...it's a reset. It's a chance to listen to what your body is telling you and help give it what it needs. If you've been feeling drained, disconnected or simply in need of time out then this is the treatment your body, mind and spirit have been waiting for. What to expect; 10minutes - We'll begin with a short consultation and medical form to understand your needs and highlight any medical conditions. Then you can set an intention for the session. 20 minutes - A deeply relaxing Indian Head Massage focusing on the scalp 20 minutes - A calming Reiki Session , where you will lie down, fully clothed on the massage table, close your eyes and immerse yourself in calm and relaxation. Don't worry if you find it difficult to switch off, I am there to guide you through. 10 - Debrief We will end the session with a gentle reflection and personalised guidance.
