This refund policy for REN Roots Wellbeing is designed to ensure your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our personalised healing services, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions.

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to supporting your holistic journey.
