At Ren Roots Wellbeing, we offer a transformative toolkit for life, designed for those seeking a new direction or guidance, when life feels heavy and you're seeking a way forward. Whether you're navigating emotional challenges, feeling stuck in your path or simply in need of ways to provide self care then this space is designed to support you. Through calming practices, reflection and compassionate guidance, you'll begin to reconnect with your inner clarity and move forward with a renewed sense of purpose and peace. Each week, you'll explore different techniques, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges more effectively and enhance your wellbeing. If you ever miss a session, you can seamlessly join the next cycle, making this course a true game changer. Let us guide you through the heaviness of life towards a more balanced and connected existence. We will cover the following; Gratitude and Affirmations Meditation and Breathwork Music, sounds and instruments Diet and Exercise Visualising Your Goals Connecting to Nature and Grounding Growth Mindset and Strategic Acceptance Being Present Practising Mindfulness The course runs once a week on; Monday and Wednesday - 11am Tuesday - 9.30am Wednesday and Friday 7.30pm If you would like to join, please contact me, to secure your place with the days and times that suit you best. Early booking is recommended a spaces are limited. The next course rotation starts Monday 15th September.
